Please note that last minute bookings are welcomed on the day, although please be advised that I’m not always based in one location and may be attending an event so to avoid disappointment booking in advance is recommended.If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to change the date or time please ensure this is done in adequate time to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy

I fully understand that situations can change occasionally but please do note that in order to respect my business, time and schedule and to ensure I maintain my commitment to your chosen appointment I request that you make every effort to attend your booking as that time has been reserved for you and therefore will not be available to anyone else in the event of a last minute cancellation.

Cancellation fees

For all treatments cancelled prior to 24 hours notice there is no fee due
For all treatments cancelled within a 24 hour period there is a 50% fee due
For all treatments cancelled within a 4 hour period there is a 100% fee due.

Deposit fees

All deposits paid are fully refundable providing at least 24 hours notice is given and redeemable against the full cost of the treatment.

For treatments up to 2 hours no deposit due

For treatments in Islington (room hire) and for all bookings exceeding 2 hours £25

For daily workshops £50

Please note all Tantric and Hawaiian massage treatments are only performed in Enfield for privacy purposes, but a treatment space is available in Islington for all other treatments.

A shower is available prior to treatment and following should it be required, please advise me in advance of your treatment so I can allow extra time for your appointment at no additional cost.
